Duncan Fitter is currently the Director for Analytics within Oracle’s Product Management team. He is responsible for driving global market development and product marketing for Oracle Analytics with specific responsibility for the EMEA & APAC regions. Shaping product strategy, roadmap & packaging - delivering an enterprise class analytics product with an innovative modern, self-service, & augmented analytics capabilities - with an outbound focus on the customer & partner communities.
Previous to this Duncan worked in various business development roles across EMEA responsible for the development and delivery of Oracle EMEA’s Analytics, Big Data & ML strategy including proposition development, marketing and campaign management, through all of Oracle’s channels. He joined Oracle UK’s consulting division in 1993 from Price Waterhouse Management Consultants as a Consultant working on various customer projects. He was one of the founding Practice Managers of Oracle’s Business Intelligence & Warehousing Practice and has some 30 years’ experience of gaining insights for businesses through exploiting data.
Duncan holds a MEng from Imperial College London and an executive MBA from the University of Edinburgh & the Ecole Nationale de Ponts et Chaussees in Paris.
