General

IP EXPO Manchester also brings together vendors, the channel and end users alike, it provides the perfect networking opportunity as well as concentrating the expertise of over 100 expert exhibitors. So you can use this one event to get all the insights you need to stay competitive – quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely it will help your business! Everything at our event is dedicated to delivering real commercial advantage. The insights, information and contacts you gain during your visit will quickly become productive assets after you leave.

Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

IP EXPO Manchester takes place on 25-26 March 2020 at Manchester Central.

Opening times will be confirmed closer to the event.

IP EXPO Manchester is a business to business event and whilst we welcome students to join us and discuss technology with exhibitors, we do restrict entry to after 12pm on Day 2 (Thursday) of the event.  Students will not be granted access on Day 1, or the morning of Day 2.

IP EXPO Manchester is a business to business event so event registration and attendance is restricted to over 16s only. However we do support working parents, so if you need to bring your child we are happy to admit entrance to under 16s accompanied by their parent or guardian.

Registering

Due to data protection laws, you cannot register a colleague on their behalf, but you can invite them along to the event! 

Journalists, analysts and bloggers are all welcome at IP EXPO Manchester and are hosted in the fully equipped press office.

 

The press office offers a functional work area with access to printers, telephones , and refreshments. Exhibitor press packs will be available, as well as information regarding the show itself. The press office is only available for registered members of the press.

Badges

Yes! Your badge will give you access to all event areas of Digital Transformation EXPO Manchester – including IP EXPO, Cyber Security X and AI & Analytics X.

In the rare circumstances that you don't receive your badge you can use the badge code in your confirmation email to print another one on the day. If you forget your badge code then the registration kiosk can locate your registration details to print your entry badge.

At the event

The seminar and keynote sessions are based on a first come first served basis.

Yes, there is a cloakroom where you can leave your belongings. It is located in the foyer.
