Important: DTX Manchester Information Update

We have been keeping a close eye on the COVID landscape and our ability to run DTX Manchester in November.

Manchester Central is an NHS Nightingale facility and whilst it has thankfully not been used a great deal to date, the government have decided to extend their lease of the venue until March 2021 to ensure that the North West has the critical infrastructure to support any potential 2nd wave that may come over the winter period.

We understand the importance of having this hospital in place to support the North West region and are now confirming that DTX Manchester will be postponed until May 19-20, 2021. A virtual event will still run on 4-5 November focused on the digital transformation and tech adoption needs of businesses in the North.

Whilst this postponement is a decision that has been taken out of our hands, we are committed to delivering exceptional value and experiences for everyone involved. Given that many will still have travel bans and policies in place restricting attendance to events until the end of Q1, 2021 we feel that the new dates should be very well timed to help you and your team bounce back from the disruption of 2020. In that context it appears that the May timeline is much more favourable than running this November.

What’s clear is that technology is the passport to business recovery. Investments into networks, cloud solutions, cyber security, data insight, unified communications and collaboration tools are set to surge as businesses modernise their core technology stacks and prepare for digital transformation.

We look forward to connecting you with the technology that your business needs in May 2021, or indeed digitally if you have near term requirements.

Thank you for your support and understanding during this process.
