Alison is an active champion for diversity of all kinds in IT, with a deep technical background coupled with extensive delivery and management skills gained over her 35 year career. Currently SVP Group IT Services and Operations at Renaissance Re, Alison believes the key to successful delivery is to understand requirements, needs, people and business goals in depth from many different perspectives, and that encouraging and developing diversity in the IT world is an important step in that process - our customers all think differently, so should we. Alison was identified as one of ’50 leading lights for Kindness in Leadership’ in 2019.
