DTX: NOW

Digital Transformation EXPO presents DTX: NOW, taking place on 29 September - 1 October 2020. The virtual event will address the key challenges and opportunities that have emerged in this crazy year - so it’ll be super current and help to define or evolve your business strategy for today’s world. As well as our world-leading content from the likes of Nike, Facebook, Microsoft and Cisco, our virtual platform uses AI-powered matchmaking to ensure that you're able to make valuable connections and engage in the right discussions with the right people - just like at our live events!

Yes, by registering for DTX: NOW you will also be given access to the UCX: NOW exhibitors and sessions.

We will be back in 2021 with our live Digital Transformation EXPO event - the event will take place at ExCeL London on 6 - 7 October 2021!

There are two ways for you to access and edit your profile:

  • On the upper right-hand corner of your screen, click on My Profile.
  • On the left side of your screen next to your photo, click on Edit.

Either of these will redirect you to your profile details. To edit the information on your profile, simply click on the Edit or Add buttons.

IMPORTANT: Please bear in mind that the information showing on your profile has been transferred from the information provided at registration. As a result, there will be certain areas of the profile that you will be unable to update. Any changes you make will be reverted when the database resyncs with the event platform.

To hide your visibility click on the Attendees tab and then toggle the slide to the left to hide your visibility.

The event is in British Summertime (BST) - however, sessions will display based on the time zone your browser is set to. The time zone you indicated during registration displays for networking purposes.

On the homepage, select whether you would like to view the DTX Sessions or the UCX Sessions.

Add the session to your schedule by clicking on icon next to the session title. Refine your search by day and type by using filters located on the left of the screen.

The “My Event” tab will allow you to see your own schedule. Export your program by clicking on “Export to my calendar or Download PDF”.

Select the 'My Event' tab at the top of the page.

Select 'My Meetings' in the left-hand column - here, you will be able to set which times you are available for other attendees to request a meeting with you. You can also choose to not display all empty slots and make yourself unavailable all day.

To send a connection request to a person, go to their profile (via the list of participants, speakers, or a company profile) and click on 'Send connection request'.

We would suggest that you write a message before sending your connection request to introduce yourself and explain the reason for the connection.

You’ll find all the people you have been in contact with during an event in the 'My Visit' button and then the 'My Contacts' tab. This list can be exported as an Excel document.

First, click on a person’s profile from the list of participants, speakers, or a sponsor profile.

Then, click on one of the proposed meeting slots.

Finally, after selecting a slot and 'Online Meeting', write a message to the person you want to meet. Once done, click 'Send meeting request'.

A few minutes before the meeting, go to the profile of the participant you’re going to meet, and click on the 'Meeting call' button which will then launch the video call (this will only be available if the meeting is confirmed).
